Kindly note that we only accept Amex, Mastercard and Visa. No surcharge is applicable.
There are two ways to book a Feather Down Farm Days tent;
1. On-line via Internet on our website;
Making a reservation through the Internet has the advantage that you have all the actual information at hand (farm locations and availability) peacefully at home, and that you can make your reservation yourself at the time that suits you most, 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
Note: To maximise safety on credit card payments with our web-reservations you will first receive by e-mail, our
Confirmation/Invoice on your booking. After having received your Confirmation we will send you a 'request to pay' for the amount(s) due, you will receive this within 24 hours of booking. The payment request will link you to the (very) secure credit card payment process of TWYP to pay your Feather Down reservation on-line.

2. By calling our office;
Call our office on 01420 80804. Our friendly staff will help you make your reservation. The office is open 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri). Alternatively please leave a phone message and we will get back to you the next working day.
After you have made your reservation:
- You receive an online confirmation/invoice of your reservation.
- Within 24 hours you will receive your Payment Request.
- After we have received full payment you can access your Personal Page on our website www.featherdown.co.uk which gives you all the information about your Feather Down farm and your holiday.
