Availability at Feather Down Farms is getting quite scarce now for the upcoming school holidays. If you can't find what you want, we recommend the following:
* Ash Park Farm, our first Feather Down in Northern Ireland opening at the end of July.
* Country House Hideout, our sister company with luxurious encampments on country house estates across Britain
* Feather Down Farms in France, Un Lit au Pre, with seven farms across the country.

Wellness Pure!...the Feather Down Field Spa, as nature intended.
We bring you a unique experience in Wellness with no carbon footprint. A pure and revitalising way of bringing you down from your ‘always on’ urban life-style.
The Feather Down Field Spa will be different to anything you will have experienced before. Nothing purpose-built in marble or chrome here. No well turned-out attendants or exotic fruit juices flown in from the four corners of the globe. Just do-it-yourself invigorating goodness in the middle of a field breathing in the fresh British air, listening to the twitter of the birds. A once in a life-time treat. The Field Spa is completely CO2 neutral, everything works without electricity or gas. For heating, only fire wood is used and it’s done by yourself. Don’t worry, we provide you with an instruction pack.
The Feather Down Field Spa consists of hot and cold showers, a sauna and a huge warm water field tub.
The Feather Down Field Spa experience is available at;
- Hollings Hill Farm, Herefordshire
- Boswarthen Farm, Cornwall
The Feather Down Field Spa experience costs £ 97.50 per part day (morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening).
Extra persons; £ 10 each, per part day.
The Field Spa is best booked at reservation as availability is limited.
Rent your own Private Chicken Coop.
Private Chicken Coop.
On some of our Farms you will have the option to rent your own private Chicken Coop for the length of your stay. This is a great opportunity for the kids (and you) to feed and take care of the chickens, which is both educational and fun. In return the chickens (if they are willing!) will leave some eggs for you.
You can rent a private Chicken Coop for £10 per weekend/midweek break and £15 per full week. This needs to be booked at time of reservation.
The following Farms are offering the Private Chicken Coop in 2010;
- Hollings Hill Farm
- Billingsmoor Farm
The Feather Down Outdoor Cooker.
Every Feather Down tent is equipped with an outdoor cooker which will be useful for cooking on in the Summer when you prefer not to have the indoor stove going.
The outdoor cooker is also a great option for a quicker cup of tea if you are not (yet) fully adapted to the pace of country life at Feather Down.

Use of Fire Wood included.
The daily allowance wood supply for the stove is included in the price of your stay for the 2010 season.
Note that the fire wood needed for camp fires (not allowed on all Farms) or for any other use is not included and has to be purchased on the Farm.
